Li Mingxuan said that it takes less than a year to efficiently complete many milestones that traditional noodle factories may take years to achieve. It depends on the "specialization of labor" thinking in the electronics industry. At the beginning of the establishment of the factory, semi-automatic manufacturing equipment was introduced and passed ISO, HACCP, FSSC and other certifications. At present, it is cooperating with the Industrial Technology Research Institute and National Taiwan University laboratories to introduce AI smart manufacturing. Fully automatic manufacturing equipment has been stationed in the factory. Li Mingxuan pointed out that for Taiwan’s single well-known dry noodle brand, the domestic market needs 1 million slices a month, and then Costco only needs 10 million slices in the United States, and Costco globally needs as many as 20 million slices. In order to achieve precise quality control and meet the requirements of export capacity and quality control, by introducing automation and smart manufacturing processes, and analyzing accumulated data, can we achieve precise quality control.
