Noodle products are divided into naked noodles and sauce-wrapped noodles, and they pay attention to the taste and Q degree of the noodles. The taste and Q degree are closely related to the width of the noodles, the thickness of the noodles, and the selection of flour. KING NOODLES'S noodles come in nine different widths and the thickness can be adjusted. It is also compatible with the three major domestic flour mills, Taiwan University, Lianhua, and Fengmeng. Noodles can be customized to meet customer requirements.

Packaging material recommendations
For the packaging of the face body, KING NOODLES is not responsible for the design of the appearance, but provides suggestions on the material, size, and packaging process. Different packaging materials have different air permeability, which is closely related to quality. For example: the general plastic material has an air permeability of about 30%, but the air permeability of the electroplating bag is close to 0, which is the highest degree with the outside world. Therefore, for the noodles sold in Taiwan, we would recommend ordinary plastic bags, but if it is for export, you can consider electroplating bags, which are safer. The size and packaging process are related to the cost and mass production of the product.
The size of the packaging material is too large, and the material is wasted; Packing material size is too small, it will cause packaging difficulties, The mass production is reduced, and if there are a large number of export packages in the future, the production capacity will not be rushed out. If the packaging process can be reduced, in addition to saving packaging materials, it can also reduce direct labor costs.
Quantitative production
The noodle market is quite obvious in the off-peak season. The amount in the peak season can often be more than twice that in the off-season. The difficulty encountered in the noodle market is that in the peak season, the foundry can't get the capacity of the foundry; during the off-season, the foundry can't get the brand's order.
